Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station will offer a spring-limited high tea set, “STRAWBERRY ESSENCE,” from March 1 to May 31.
Strawberries are incorporated from appetizers through dessert, and guests can also enjoy all-you-can-eat servings of two kinds of strawberries and two kinds of other fruits. The menu includes five types of appetizers such as duck and foie gras mousse pintxos, smoked salmon marinade and strawberry tartare, and a quiche with sakura shrimp and spring vegetables; fish dishes such as herb-breaded grilled Spanish mackerel and bagna càuda with strawberries and anchovies; and a strawberry parfait topped with macarons. For the main dish, they will serve roast Japanese beef with a strawberry and Marsala wine sauce, accompanied by grilled and roasted spring vegetables. Drinks, available as a 90-minute free-flow, include Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne, red and white wines, seven kinds of original cocktails, three kinds of non-alcohol cocktails, non-alcohol sparkling wine, and twelve kinds of tea.
The venue is Bar “Bar19” on the 19th floor. Service hours are from 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The price is 9,800 yen, tax and service charge included. Reservations are accepted for parties of two or more, until 5:00 p.m. on the day before the visit.
