
Emirates and Loong Air Sign Interline Agreement
OFC (Orient Fare Center) will cease its operations as of March 31, 2027.
The company was founded in February 1984 and has been engaged in services such as handling fare applications on behalf of foreign airlines operating to and from Japan. Due to factors including the simplification of airfares, the systemization of application procedures, and changes in the business environment following the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has decided to terminate its operations.
Shareholders include Japan Airlines (JAL), JALUX, JAL Brand Communications, Air Canada, Finnair, British Airways, United Airlines, Iran Air, Korean Air, EgyptAir, Qantas Airways, Scandinavian Airlines, and Singapore Airlines. The head office is located in the Nomura Real Estate Tennozu Building in Tennozu, Tokyo, Japan, the same location as JAL’s head office.
