All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special handling for flight tickets, as sleet and snowfall are expected to cause adverse weather conditions.
As of noon on March 2, special handling applies to flights to and from Tokyo/Haneda on March 4. Regardless of whether the affected flights are delayed or canceled, ticket holders on eligible flights can change, rebook, or refund their tickets free of charge.
