All Nippon Airways (ANA) has implemented special handling of flight tickets, as sleet and snowfall are expected to cause adverse weather conditions in Japan.
As of noon on March 3, special handling applies to flights operating on March 4 between Sapporo/Chitose and Tokyo/Haneda, and to flights arriving and departing Sendai and Fukushima on the morning of March 4. Regardless of delays or cancellations, tickets for affected flights can be changed, rebooked, or refunded free of charge.
On the same day, snowfall is forecast in northern Japan, and sleet is expected at Tokyo/Haneda.
