Nippon Travel Agency Reports FY2025 Financial Results with 1.8 Billion Yen in Net Profit
H.I.S. (HIS), a major Japanese travel agency, has announced its response to the situation in the Middle East.
For overseas package tours (Ciao, impresso) and overseas flight + hotel plans (organized tours), trips to Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan, which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan has issued a Level 2 travel advisory for, as well as trips transiting through Dubai, Doha, and Abu Dhabi, will have their departures up to March 10 suspended.
For customers who have booked overseas air tickets, overseas air ticket + hotel plans (arranged tours), or overseas hotels, handling will be in accordance with the standard rules of the airlines, hotels, and local tour operators. If special measures are applied due to the deterioration of the situation, the special rules of each company will apply.
Cancellations made before the decision to suspend operation, as well as cancellations of trips to other regions, will incur cancellation fees in accordance with the regulations.
