Emirates Operates Limited Special Flights from Dubai to the Middle East and Europe on March 3
All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special handling for flight tickets as bad weather caused by snowfall and strong winds is expected in Japan.
As of 6:30 p.m. on March 5, special handling applies to flights arriving at and departing from the following airports between March 7 and 8: Wakkanai, Okhotsk Monbetsu, Memanbetsu, Kushiro, Nemuro Nakashibetsu, Sapporo/Chitose, Hakodate, Aomori, Odate–Noshiro, Akita, Shonai, and Niigata.
At these airports in Japan, there is a possibility of sudden delays or cancellations due to deterioration of runway conditions caused by snow accumulation or due to air traffic control instructions, as well as the possibility that it may take additional time until takeoff because of snow removal and related work.
For tickets on the affected flights, regardless of whether there is a delay or cancellation, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge.
