JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) has updated its response to the situation in the Middle East.
For group package tours that transit through Dubai, Doha, and Abu Dhabi, departures up to and including March 31 will be suspended.
JTB had already announced that tours to destinations for which Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a Level 2 or Level 3 travel advisory—Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan—will be suspended for departures up to and including March 31.
