Vessel Inn Hakata Nakasu completed the renovation of its guest rooms on February 28, which had been carried out in stages since September 2025.
The hotel renewed the ceilings and wall coverings, as well as the carpets, in all 164 rooms, and updated the curtains, headboards, desks, and chairs. Smart TVs compatible with video streaming services such as Hulu and YouTube were introduced. In the Shower Booth Single rooms, the bathrooms were fully renovated and equipped with ReFa showerheads, hair dryers, and hair irons.
In the lobby, a new shampoo bar was installed, offering a selection of brands including ReFa, Jill Stuart, Lux, H&S, and Clear, allowing guests to try their preferred shampoo. The welcome alcohol service was expanded from 9 to 14 varieties, adding local alcoholic beverages from Fukuoka such as the rice shochu “Sasuga,” the super dry junmai sake “Hakata no Mori,” and various liqueurs.
