
Tokyu Hotels & Resorts Joins Global Hotel Alliance and Launches New TOKYU HOTELS DISCOVERY Program
Maihama View Hotel by HULIC is offering a “Strawberry Afternoon Tea” on weekdays only from March 2 to May 1.
The sweets include 11 items: “Strawberry Cheesecake with Tonka Bean Flavor” topped with chocolate shaped like cherry blossoms, “Strawberry Daifuku Scone” with gyuhi (soft rice cake), smooth red bean paste, and fresh cream sandwiched in a scone, milk pudding with a condensed-milk flavor and a hint of cherry blossom aroma served with strawberries and strawberry jelly, cherry blossom chiffon cake, strawberry tart, chocolate canelé, financier, macaron, roll cake, Tochiotome strawberry ice cream, and guimauve fraise (strawberry marshmallow). Savories made with seasonal ingredients include three items: sea bream carpaccio marinated with salted cherry blossoms, a salad of strawberries, mozzarella cheese, and spring turnip, and potato potage. A “Strawberry Dessert Stand,” where you can enjoy only the sweets, is also available.
The venue is Fantasy Dining Fleur on the 2nd floor or Café Brook on the 1st floor. The serving time is from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with no time limit. The price is 4,500 yen for the afternoon tea and 2,600 yen for the dessert stand, tax and service charge included.
