
Shinagawa Prince Hotel Introduces New Fitness Room
Hyatt Regency Tokyo will offer the “Citrus Blossom Afternoon Tea,” created in collaboration with Pierre Hermé Paris, from April 1 through June 30 in Japan.
The seven kinds of sweets include a tart layered with yuzu cream and confit; a mille-feuille scented with lemon and orange blossom; a cheesecake flavored with passion fruit and orange marmalade; and a macaron filled with jasmine-flavored cream and wild strawberry compote. The five savory items feature a mini croque-monsieur made with Asakusa Ham, Gruyère cheese, and Mornay sauce; bruschetta topped with high-sugar-content Japanese tomatoes and tapenade; and sea bream ceviche, among others.
The price is 7,500 yen; 10,500 yen with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne; 11,000 yen with a box of six macarons; and 3,000 yen for the Café Gourmand set, which includes four sweets and a drink (excluding the drink charge for refills). All prices include tax and service charge.
The venue is the Nineteen Eighty Lounge & Bar on the 2nd floor. Service hours are from 11:00 a.m., with last seating at 5:00 p.m. The seating limit is 2 hours, with a 90-minute free-flow drink service. Reservations are required by 6:00 p.m. on the day before.
