Malaysia Airlines will launch a new Kuala Lumpur–Shenzhen route on July 1.
The airline will operate one round-trip flight daily, using Boeing 737-8 aircraft. The flight time will be 4 hours and 10 minutes from Kuala Lumpur and 4 hours from Shenzhen.
Malaysia Airlines currently serves five cities in mainland China: Beijing Daxing, Shanghai Pudong, Guangzhou, Xiamen, and Chengdu Tianfu. The airline expects solid demand from both business and leisure travelers.
On this route, Shenzhen Airlines, China Southern Airlines, and AirAsia also operate flights.
