Fairmont Tokyo Launches Year-Round Fairmont Sunday Brunch with Seafood and Charcoal-Grilled Dishes
Kyoritsu Maintenance opened “La Vista Atami Terrace” on March 31.
The property offers 239 guest rooms in three types: double, twin, and quad. Some rooms on the upper floors are equipped with open-air baths fed by natural hot springs, and many rooms feature terraces with views of Sagami Bay. Taking advantage of Atami’s elevated, sloped terrain, the interior is designed so that guests can enjoy sweeping views of Sagami Bay from many areas of the building. Shared facilities include a large public bath with natural hot spring water featuring an open-air bath, a high-temperature dry sauna, a cold bath, and a women-only mist sauna; an observatory open-air bath accessible in bathwear; complimentary private baths available 24 hours a day; a post-bath relaxation area; an esthetic treatment salon; a lounge; a library; a rooftop terrace; a shop; a smoking area; and a paid parking area with 151 spaces.
For dining, dinner is served as either a buffet or a traditional Japanese kaiseki course, while breakfast is offered as a Japanese-Western buffet or a Japanese set meal using local ingredients. As a complimentary service, “yonaki soba” soy sauce ramen is also available at night. To commemorate the opening, a special monitor-rate plan is being offered. Rooms are La Vista twin rooms with in-room hot spring baths, and meals are served buffet style. Rates start from 33,000 yen per person (including two meals and tax) based on double occupancy.
Access: approximately 10 minutes on foot from Atami Station on the JR Tokaido Shinkansen, Tokaido Main Line, and Ito Line.
