Sotetsu Hotel Management will open “Sotetsu Grand Fresa Naha (tentative name)” in the spring of 2029.
Sotetsu Hotel Development has acquired the land of the former Hotel Sun Palace Kyuyokan in Naha, Okinawa, Japan, which closed in December 2025, and will construct the new property there. The building will have 13 floors above ground and 130 guest rooms.
The hotel will be located about a 2-minute walk from Kencho-mae Station on the Okinawa Urban Monorail (Yui Rail) and about a 4-minute walk from Kokusai-dori (Kokusai Street). With its proximity to the Okinawa Prefectural Government Office and surrounding business district, the property is expected to serve both leisure and business travelers.
