Granvista Hotels & Resorts will open BLISSTIA SUITES & RESORT Okinawa Onna on July 15.
The building has 13 floors above ground and 1 basement floor, with a total of 139 guest rooms, all suite types of approximately 50 square meters or more, including Superior Suites and Corner Premium Suites. Each room is equipped with a 3-meter-deep balcony called a “lanai,” allowing guests to enjoy views of the sea or forest from ocean-view or forest-view rooms.
Inside the property, there is an entrance and lobby inspired by Okinawan castle architecture, the main dining restaurant “Mori MUI” with forest views, a pool lounge that changes its atmosphere depending on the time of day, as well as an outdoor infinity pool and an indoor pool. The resort will also offer hands-on programs featuring traditional crafts and performing arts in collaboration with local businesses and residents. At the main dining restaurant, guests can enjoy course meals using local ingredients and Okinawan cuisine based on the concept of “nuchigusui,” the Okinawan idea that food is medicine.
Access: approximately 53 minutes by car from Naha Airport, and about 10 minutes by car from the Ishikawa Interchange (IC) on the Okinawa Expressway.
