The Lufthansa Group has announced that the pilots’ union Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) will stage a strike on April 13 and 14.
Strikes will be held at Lufthansa German Airlines and Lufthansa CityLine on April 13 and 14, and at Eurowings on April 13. Passengers affected by cancellations and other disruptions will be informed by email on the morning of April 12.
Other airlines within the Lufthansa Group, as well as flights operated by Lufthansa City Airlines, will not be affected. Airlines in the group and partner airlines will add extra flights and take other measures.
Passengers booked on cancelled flights will be offered changes or refunds free of charge. For domestic routes within Germany, tickets can be changed free of charge to Deutsche Bahn train tickets.
