H.I.S. (HIS) has updated its response in line with the situation in the Middle East.
For overseas package tours (Ciao, impresso) and overseas flight and hotel packages (organized tours), trips with destinations in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan for which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan has issued a Travel Advice and Warning level of either “Level 2” or “Level 3,” as well as trips that transit through Dubai, Doha, or Abu Dhabi, will have their departures canceled through May 11.
For customers who have applied for overseas air tickets, overseas flight and hotel packages (arranged tours), or overseas hotels, handling will follow the normal regulations of the airlines, hotels, and local tour operators. If special measures are introduced due to a deterioration of the situation, those cases will be handled in accordance with each company’s special policies.
Cancellations made before a tour is officially canceled, as well as cancellations of trips to other regions, will incur cancellation fees in accordance with the standard rules.
