
Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers Hosts ‘Tegemai! Kyushu–Miyazaki Gourmet Fair’ from April 13 to July 10
Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Tokyo will hold the “Shin-Puri Gourmet Journey – NIPPON Delicious Food Fair” from April 16 to July 15.
At LUXE DINING HAPUNA, guests can enjoy regional dishes such as Hakata tonkotsu ramen from Fukuoka and kayaku gohan (mixed rice) from Osaka, along with arranged menu items including crab soup prepared with dashi made from Makombu (true kelp) from Hakodate, and Hapuna-style colorful mousse with Kujo green onions, all served in buffet style. Prices are 5,700 yen for lunch and 7,700 yen for dinner. At the Chinese restaurant Shinagawa Daikanyama (Shinagawa Daihanten), they will offer black sesame bang bang chicken (3,000 yen) and mala soup (2,000 yen) made with “Kinso-dori” chicken from Aichi Prefecture and Hatcho miso, which originated in Okazaki City.
At Ajikaido Gojusantsugi, the lineup includes Tokyo Shamo yakitori (2,200 yen), a tasting set of Tokyo beef prosciutto and Kobe beef prosciutto (4,500 yen), and Tokyo bettara-zuke pickles with cream cheese (1,200 yen). At Coffee Lounge Mauna Kea, they will serve shortcake made with melon from Shizuoka Prefecture (2,200 yen), while DINING & BAR TABLE 9 TOKYO will offer afternoon tea (from 7,200 yen) that combines Yame tea from Fukuoka with citrus fruits. All prices include tax and are subject to a separate service charge.
