Japan Airlines (JAL) is serving “Shinsen Junmai Daiginjo AZALEE” in the Sakura Lounge at Komatsu Airport in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.
This sake is part of the “Shinsen” brand, a Japanese sake line that blends tradition and innovation, produced by Azuma Shuzo, a brewery with a 160-year history in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. It is brewed using “Hyakumangoku no Shiro,” a sake rice cultivar produced in Ishikawa Prefecture, and yeast derived from the Noto Kirishima azalea.
The serving period runs from April 28 to May 31, and will end when stocks are depleted.
