
JR East Offers 50% Weekday Discounts on Selected Limited Express Trains via Ekinet
JR Hokkaido and Fuji Dream Airlines (FDA) will continue to sell the “FDA East Hokkaido Free Pass” and “FDA North Hokkaido Free Pass.”
The “FDA East Hokkaido Free Pass” offers unlimited rides for 4 days in the Central and Eastern Hokkaido areas, and reserved seats in ordinary cars can also be used. The price is 20,810 yen for adults, and 16,950 yen for the U25 category, which is limited to those aged 25 and under. The “FDA North Hokkaido Free Pass” offers unlimited rides for 3 days in the Central and Northern Hokkaido areas, priced at 16,670 yen for adults and 13,990 yen for U25. There is no children’s fare available.
The passes come with a 1,000 yen “FDA Voucher” that can be used for purchases including FDA goods at “Amuseum Shop Flyers,” a specialty shop for airplane goods located on the 4th floor of New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido. The voucher is valid for 7 days including the date of issue, and passengers must present a boarding pass for an FDA flight when using it.
The passes are sold at the reserved-seat ticket vending machines and the “talking” ticket vending machines at New Chitose Airport Station. The sales period runs from April 1 to March 31, 2027. The valid travel period is from April 1 to April 4, 2027 for the “East” pass, and from April 1 to April 3, 2027 for the “North” pass. Certain periods are excluded. Only passes starting use on the day of purchase or the following day are sold.
