THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection will offer a cherry-themed afternoon tea, “Afternoon Tea ‘VOYAGE’ La saison des cerises,” from April 27 to May 31.
The welcome mocktail is a non-alcoholic drink that combines cherries, rose, and lime, garnished on top with a viola flower. The sweets selection includes cherry mille-feuille, forêt noire (Black Forest cake), cherry and fragrant olive jelly, and griotte cherry and pistachio, as well as a cherry parfait layered with fragrant olive jelly, Italian parsley granité, lemon paste, and milk ice cream. Savory items feature octopus ceviche, smoked salmon canapés, prosciutto and almonds, and a mini burger made with Ozaki beef. For drinks, 15 varieties of tea from the French tea brand Dammann Frères are available with free-flow refills.
The venue is “THE LOBBY LOUNGE” on the 29th floor. Serving hours are from noon until last seating at 4:30 p.m. The afternoon tea is limited to 2.5-hour seatings, with a 2-hour free-flow drink service. The price is 10,000 yen per person, tax and service charge included. Reservations are required by noon three days in advance.
