
JAL to Introduce SES Multi-Orbit Inflight Connectivity System on Long-Haul International Routes
Priority Pass, a common airport lounge access service operated by Collinson International, has announced the “Priority Pass Excellence Awards 2026.” The winners were selected based on more than 700,000 member ratings and reviews.
The global grand prize went to the “Escape Lounge” at Portland International Airport in the United States. It was highly rated for its interior that fuses contemporary design with the local culture of Portland, its food and beverage menu using locally sourced ingredients, and its extensive use of regional materials and artwork.
By region, the North America category winner was the “Escape Lounge,” the Asia-Pacific category winner was “Lounge Fukuoka” at Fukuoka Airport in Japan, the Europe category winner was the “Vienna Lounge” at Vienna Airport in Austria, the Latin America & Caribbean category winner was “Club Kingston” at Norman Manley International Airport in Jamaica, and the Middle East & Africa category winner was the “Bidvest Premier Lounge” at Johannesburg International Airport in South Africa.
In addition, in the One to Watch category, which recognizes lounges that have significantly improved their member ratings over the past 12 months, the “VIP Lounge Angelo D’Arrigo,” the “I.A.S.S Superior Lounge Kocoo,” and the “Advantage VIP Lounge” were selected as winners.
