Singapore Airlines will gradually increase frequencies on its European routes to meet rising demand.
From July 13, the Singapore–Manchester route will be increased from 5 round trips per week to one round trip daily. From October 25, the Singapore–Milan route will be increased from 4 round trips per week to one round trip daily, and from October 26, the Singapore–Munich route will be increased from 7 to 10 round trips per week.
In addition, the Singapore–London/Gatwick route will be increased to two round trips daily from October 25, bringing the total number of daily round trips between Singapore and London to six.
From October 26, Singapore Airlines will launch a new Singapore–Barcelona–Madrid route with 5 round trips per week, and as of October 27 it will end operation of the Singapore–Milan–Barcelona route, which currently operates 3 round trips per week.
Madrid will become Singapore Airlines’ 14th destination in Europe and its second destination in Spain.
