Etihad Airways will increase flights on its Abu Dhabi–Chicago and Abu Dhabi–Charlotte routes from June 15.
The Abu Dhabi–Chicago route will be increased from one round trip per day to two round trips per day, and the Abu Dhabi–Charlotte route will be increased from four round trips per week to one round trip per day. Both routes will be operated with Boeing 787-9 aircraft configured with a total of 303 seats, including 32 in business class and 271 in economy class.
The Abu Dhabi–Chicago route will offer improved connections in Abu Dhabi to cities in India and the Asia-Pacific region. The Abu Dhabi–Charlotte route, which only launched on March 20, will have additional frequencies through September 8 in response to strong demand.
