
Hyatt Hotels: Member Discount Sale at Asia-Pacific Hotels Through June 1
Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo will hold the “Saveurs de France Buffet” from May 1 to June 30.
At the live kitchen, Pissaladière, a specialty from Nice in southern France topped with sweet sautéed onions, anchovies, and olives, will be served for weekday lunch, while Croque-Monsieur will be available for weekend and holiday lunch and dinner. Dishes on offer will include Marseille-style seafood soup “Monkfish Bouillabaisse,” Normandy regional cuisine “Roast Chicken with Pays d’Auge Cream Sauce” featuring an apple-based sauce, “Niçoise Salad with Tuna and Green Beans,” “Quiche with Bell Peppers and Bacon,” “Stewed Baby Octopus Sète-Style,” “Roast Pork,” and “Potato Potage Parmentier.”
The buffet will be held at Dining Ferio. Dinner will be offered only on Saturdays and Sundays from May 6 and from May 9 to June 28. Serving hours are 90 minutes for lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and 120 minutes for dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Prices start from 4,200 yen for junior high school students and older, 3,900 yen for guests aged 65 and over, 2,100 yen for elementary school students, and 1,100 yen for children aged 4 to 6. Tax and service charge are included.
