HafH Launches “Haffy” AI Travel Assistant for Its Subscription Travel Service
HIS (H.I.S. Co., Ltd.), a major travel agency in Japan, has updated its response to the situation in the Middle East.
For overseas package tours (Ciao, impresso) and overseas flight + hotel products (organized tours), trips with destinations in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan, for which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan has issued a Level 2 or Level 3 travel advisory, as well as trips transiting through Dubai, Doha, and Abu Dhabi, will have their departures up to June 30 canceled.
For customers who have booked overseas air tickets, overseas air ticket + hotel (custom-arranged trips), or overseas hotels, the handling will be in accordance with the standard regulations of the airlines, hotels, and local tour operators. If any special measures are implemented due to the worsening situation, those bookings will be handled in line with each company’s special regulations.
Cancellations made before a tour is officially suspended, as well as cancellations for trips to other regions, will incur standard cancellation fees as stipulated in the terms and conditions.
