Japan Airlines (JAL) has decided to cancel its Tokyo/Haneda–Doha route until August 1.
The suspended flights are those departing Tokyo/Haneda from February 28 through July 31, and those departing Doha from March 1 through August 1. The route normally operates one round-trip flight per day.
At Hamad International Airport in Doha, overseas airlines are gradually resuming operations. Some travel agencies in Japan have decided to cancel tours that transit through three airports in the Middle East, including Doha.
Meanwhile, Qatar Airways will resume operations on the same route from July 15 with four round-trip flights per week. From August 1, the frequency will be increased to one round-trip flight per day.
