Hilton Tokyo Odaiba has opened “Ablaze,” a seasonal barbecue terrace offering grilled dishes on a terrace overlooking Tokyo Bay, operating from May 1 through October 31.
At “Ablaze,” guests can enjoy terrace seating with sweeping views of Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, and choose from five different barbecue sets combining Japanese domestic beef, Japanese Black Wagyu beef, and seafood.
The sets include: a “Lunch Set” featuring Australian beef ribeye, chicken, sausages and a seafood platter; a “Standard Set” that includes Japanese domestic beef sirloin, pork spare ribs, and a cheese dak-galbi–style dish; a “Premium Set” that adds Japanese Black Wagyu sirloin and lobster (Omar) tail; a “Black Angus Tomahawk Plate” with approximately 1 kilogram of bone-in Black Angus tomahawk steak to share; and a “Meat Lover Set,” limited to 10 people per day, offering all-you-can-eat Japanese domestic beef sirloin and ribeye.
Each set is served with grilled vegetables, mixed green salad, mango shaved ice and more. All courses include a common selection of grilled jumbo mushrooms, potatoes, bell peppers, and corn, accompanied by three sauces: basil sauce, tomato salsa gochujang barbecue sauce, and harissa aioli.
À la carte additions include live lobster, live abalone, lobster tail, scallops from Hokkaido, Japanese Black Wagyu steak, lamb chops and more, allowing guests to adjust the volume to their preference. Except for the Lunch Set, all sets come with free-flow soft drinks such as guava juice and mango juice, and for an additional charge guests can choose an all-you-can-drink alcohol plan with red and white wine, beer, sparkling wine and more.
The terrace is open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays. Lunch is served from noon to 3:00 p.m. (weekends and holidays only), and dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., starting from 4:00 p.m. in August. Prices start from 6,800 yen for the Lunch Set, 8,800 yen for the Standard Set, and 14,000 yen for the Meat Lover Set. The Lunch Set is available only during lunchtime except in August. All prices include tax and service charge.
