
Hilton Launches New College-Town Hotel Brand “Undergraduate by Hilton”
Hilton Tokyo Odaiba is holding a “Meat × Mango & Melon Buffet” from May 18 to July 12.
At the live station, straw-smoked roast beef is served with shkmeruli sauce made with garlic and cheese, and pan-fried soup dumplings (xiao long bao) are offered exclusively for dinner. The buffet table features a variety of meat dishes, including pork spare ribs finished with a honey and whole-grain mustard sauce, duck and leek wrapped in crepes, smoked beef tongue, and escabeche-style beef and mango.
In the dessert area, guests can enjoy mango shortcake and melon shortcake, mango tart, charlotte cake with melon, and mango ginger jelly, as well as mango- and melon-based sweets such as almond jelly with melon and cream-soda-style jelly.
The buffet is held at “Grillogy Bar & Grill” on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Lunch is offered every day in 90-minute slots from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Dinner is available on weekdays in 90-minute slots from 5:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in 90-minute slots from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Prices for lunch start at 6,200 yen for adults on weekdays and 7,200 yen for adults on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Dinner prices start at 7,500 yen for adults on weekdays and 8,900 yen for adults on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. All prices include tax and service charge.
