
Hilton to Open Gajoen Tokyo LXR Hotels & Resorts in 2027
Royal Park Hotel will serve the “Summer Fruits Afternoon Tea – June Melon and Mango Afternoon Tea” from June 1 to 30.
With the theme of enjoying summer fruits, “Summer Fruits,” the afternoon tea is centered around melon and mango. It features a three-tier stand combining sweets and savory items, served together with additional dishes on a separate plate.
On the top tier, to pair with a welcome drink of your choice—melon or mango—there will be a chocolate piece shaped like a puppy holding fruit, a mango white roll cake, and a vanilla blancmange layered with melon compote and anise-flavored jelly. The middle and bottom tiers will include items such as shortcake filled with melon, mango mosaic yokan (Japanese jelly confection), melon and white chocolate tart, panini with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, glass noodle and small shrimp salad, and deep-fried bamboo shoots.
On a separate plate, guests will be served vegetable potage and French fries with lemon salt, two kinds of scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam, and apricot jam. Free-flow drinks are available with 17 kinds of beverages, including tea from Sumikku Tea. The afternoon tea is offered at the 1st floor lobby lounge “Fontaine” from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., priced at 9,000 yen.
