ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Narita is holding a “Melon Party” at its lunch buffet from May 7 to June 30.
All melons served are shipped directly from the JA Ibaraki Asahimura Melon Division in the Asahi district of Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Their sweetness and ripeness are measured with an optical sensor, and only those that meet the set standards are offered. Varieties include Quincy Melon, a representative type of red-fleshed melon, and guests can enjoy region-designated melons in buffet style.
The venue is the first-floor restaurant café “Ceres.” Service hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with last orders at 2:00 p.m. Lunch buffet prices are: on weekdays, 5,000 yen for adults, 2,500 yen for children aged 7 to 12, and 1,200 yen for children aged 4 to 6; on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, 5,500 yen for adults, 2,750 yen for children aged 7 to 12, and 1,300 yen for children aged 4 to 6.
