German luxury luggage brand RIMOWA will hold a popup event titled “CRAFT THE JOURNEY” at Isetan Shinjuku in Tokyo from June 10 to 16.
At the event, RIMOWA will unveil for the first time worldwide the latest color “Ink Blue” from its iconic aluminum suitcase “ORIGINAL” collection, and will begin taking pre-orders ahead of the rest of the world. The global launch is scheduled for early July.
Ink Blue is characterized by a deep, calm color tone with a distinctive metallic gloss unique to aluminum. The suitcases will be available in three sizes: Cabin (244,400 yen including tax), Check-In L (305,800 yen including tax), and Trunk Plus (391,700 yen including tax).
The same color will also be introduced for accessories, including the Italian leather “Groove Collection” bags that debuted in 2025, as well as denim bucket hats and packing cubes. All of these items will likewise be making their worldwide debut.
Customers who reserve an Ink Blue suitcase at the venue will receive a complimentary leather luggage tag in a limited-edition white color.
The popup will be held on The Stage on the first floor of the Main Building. Opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
