
Delta Air Lines Launches Los Angeles–Hong Kong Route
Japan Airlines (JAL) will revise its international flight operations plan for fiscal year 2026.
The Tokyo/Narita–San Diego route will be increased from 4 round trips per week to 7 round trips per week from October 25 to March 27, 2027, and the Tokyo/Narita–Bengaluru (Bangalore) route will also be increased from 3 round trips per week to 7 round trips per week during the same period. With these additional flights, both routes will operate daily from September onward.
Furthermore, the Osaka/Kansai–Los Angeles route will be increased from 5 round trips per week to 7 round trips per week from September 1 to October 24, making it a daily service from July onward. The Tokyo/Haneda–Helsinki route will also be increased from 5 round trips per week to 7 round trips per week during the same period, and will operate daily from June onward.
In line with the return to service of the Airbus A350-1000, which had been undergoing long-term maintenance, all flights on the Tokyo/Haneda–London/Heathrow route will be operated with this aircraft type from October 1 to March 27, 2027. As a result, operations with this aircraft type will total 14 flights across 5 routes.
