Japan’s StarFlyer will launch a commemorative sale from 10:00 a.m. on July 1 to celebrate the resumption of flights on its Kitakyushu–Taipei/Taoyuan route.
The minimum one-way fare starts from 5,000 yen for departures from Kitakyushu and from 1,000 New Taiwan dollars for departures from Taipei/Taoyuan. Fuel surcharges and taxes are required separately. The travel period is from September 2 to October 24. The fares will be sold under the “STAR COMET” fare type.
This route will resume operations on September 2, operating three round trips per week as late-night/early-morning flights: departures from Kitakyushu on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and from Taipei/Taoyuan on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. In the future, the airline is considering increasing frequency to daily service.
