Mauna Kea Beach Hotel Completes Renovation in Hawaii, Japan-Operated Resort
Marriott International will roll out its collaboration project “Candy Dream” with the K-pop girl group TWICE from June 1 to August 31 in Japan.
Inspired by TWICE’s official colors and light stick, the project will feature a candy-themed afternoon tea and pink-based concept rooms. The afternoon tea will be offered at six hotels in Japan: JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo, The Westin Tokyo, The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, W Osaka, Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel, and The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka.
Guests who order the eligible afternoon tea will have a chance, through a lottery, to win original goods: tote bags, tumblers, and coasters, with 50 winners for each item. During the campaign period, an original coaster featuring the key visual will also be given to walk-in guests on a first-come, first-served basis, one per person.
The concept rooms will be available in 40-square-meter king or twin guest rooms at W Osaka, specially decorated in a TWICE style. Ribbons, character motifs, and pink-toned fabrics will be used to express the world of TWICE. Room rates start from JPY 90,200 per room per night and include a welcome kit and “Candy Dream” afternoon tea for two people. All rates include tax and service charge.
