Etihad Airways, in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, will offer complimentary medical travel insurance.
The coverage applies to all international passengers who purchase their tickets outside the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and arrive in Abu Dhabi on Etihad-operated flights, with National Insurance acting as the underwriter. No application procedure is required. The offer period runs from July through December.
A medical insurance plan of up to 15 days is automatically applied for the duration of the stay in the UAE. Travelers using the free stopover program in Abu Dhabi are also eligible.
