Shinagawa Prince Hotel Introduces New Fitness Room
Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel is holding the “Kojanto Umai! Kochi Fair” at its restaurant Buffet Dining Kochel from June 1 through July 31.
During the fair, the hotel offers lunch and dinner buffets featuring local dishes and ingredients from Kochi Prefecture in Japan. The menu includes grilled shabu-shabu of “Tosa Akaushi” beef belly from the clouds above, paella-style rice made with Kochi’s specialty fragrant rice, Kuroshio shimeji mushroom ajillo, straw-seared bonito from Tosa, and Parmigiano Reggiano risotto scented with aonori seaweed from the Shimanto River, among other items.
The chef visited Kochi Prefecture in advance to select ingredients at local markets and producers’ farms. By combining ingredients sourced from various areas within the prefecture—such as Tosa Akaushi beef, fragrant rice, and suji aonori seaweed from the Shimanto River—the buffet is designed so that visitors can experience the food culture of Kochi, Japan.
The venue is Buffet Dining Kochel on the 2nd floor. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Prices start from 5,000 yen for lunch and 7,500 yen for dinner, tax included and service charge excluded.
