Toyoko Inn will open “Toyoko INN Ube Shinkawa Station” on August 6.
The building has 14 floors. There are 207 guest rooms in a total of 7 types: 112 Single rooms, 26 Wide Space Single rooms, 3 Premium Plus (Single) rooms, 26 Double rooms, 37 Twin rooms, and 3 Heartful Rooms (Single and Twin). All rooms are equipped with downlights and hanging cupboards. Room rates start from 7,800 yen per person per night for single occupancy.
The hotel features a meeting room that can accommodate up to 12 people, and self-lockers that staying guests can use free of charge. For meals, the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet called “Free Healthy Breakfast,” which includes a local specialty of kamaboko (fish cake) made using Yamaguchi Prefecture’s yaki-nuki roasting method.
The meeting room fee is 3,300 yen for 2 hours, with an extension fee of 1,650 yen per additional hour. Parking is available for 98 vehicles in total, combining on-site and dedicated parking lots, and the parking fee is 500 yen per night.
Access: a 4-minute walk from JR Ube Shinkawa Station, and about 15 minutes by car from Yamaguchi Ube Airport.
