
APA Hotel Acquires Kimpton La Peer West Hollywood in Los Angeles
Kyoto Century Hotel will host “THE THEATER BUFFET -Summer-” from June 25 through August 26.
At the live kitchen, Japanese, Western, and Chinese meat dishes centered on Japanese wagyu beef will be served on a rotating basis every 30 minutes from three stations: grill, carving, and teppan griddle. Lunch will feature six selections, including wagyu steak, seared duck steak with yuzu kosho, and churrasco chicken and sausage. Dinner will offer nine selections, including wagyu roast beef, charcoal-grilled wagyu hamburger steak, and wagyu yakiniku-style shabu-shabu with yuba bean-curd skin sauce. The buffet station will also offer dishes such as poached sea bass, grilled eggplant and tomato caprese, and a dinner-only seafood tower, along with desserts including fruit jelly, lemon tart, and orange shortcake. Guests can also customize their own drinks and ice cream at the drink bar and ice cream atelier.
The venue is All Day Dining La Jyho. Lunch is offered in three 90-minute seatings from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., while dinner is offered in three 100-minute seatings from 5:30 p.m. to 9:10 p.m. Prices start from JPY 6,500 for adults and JPY 4,000 for children aged 7 to 12; children aged 6 and under dine free. Tax and service charge are included.
