Vietnam Airlines will increase flights on its Osaka/Kansai–Hanoi route from October 26.
The airline currently operates one daily round trip (VN334/VN335). From the same date, it will add afternoon flights (VN338/VN339) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, bringing the total to 11 round trips per week. From December 1, the afternoon flights will also operate daily, resulting in two daily round trips, or 14 flights per week.
Existing flights will be operated with Airbus A350-900 aircraft, while the afternoon flights will use Airbus A321 aircraft. Flight time is between 3 hours 50 minutes and 3 hours 55 minutes from Hanoi, and 5 hours 35 minutes from Osaka/Kansai.
To commemorate the additional flights, an SNS campaign will also be held from July 13 through August 2. Prizes include economy-class round-trip tickets on the route and original merchandise.
