Hotel Sosei Sapporo MGallery Collection will offer its Hawaiian Festival Lunch Buffet and Hokkaido Summer Afternoon Tea from July.
The lunch buffet features a total of 23 items, including ahi poke, lomi-lomi salmon, loco moco, kalua pig and cabbage, mahi-mahi herb cutlets, a Hawaiian Aloha BBQ corner, malasadas, haupia pudding, and Hawaiian rainbow shaved ice. It will be available from July 3 through September 27, every Friday through Sunday. Prices start at ¥4,500 for adults and ¥2,200 for children aged 6 to 11, while preschool children dine free of charge.
The afternoon tea includes seven savory items, such as a quiche with Hokkaido hanasaki crab and asparagus, Hokkaido octopus Galician-style, a white foam soup of lobster and saffron inspired by Odori Park, and spiced fritters of Hokkaido chicken. It also includes four sweets, including melon macarons, lavender cake, and a Hokkaido melon shime parfait. Guests can choose either sparkling wine or Sapporo Classic beer as their welcome drink. It will be available from July 1 through August 30, every Wednesday through Sunday. Prices start at ¥4,500.
The venue is Barley Grill & Bar on the first floor, while afternoon tea on Saturdays and Sundays will be served at the Bar Lounge. Service is available from noon to 2:30 p.m. Prices include tax and service charge.
