Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu will hold its “Tosca Festival” dinner buffet from July 3 through September 2.
At the action station, guests can enjoy roast beef, French toast with Fujisawa prosciutto and fresh fruit, and Japanese beef consommé poached beef. The buffet will also feature meat dishes such as beef and paprika piperade-style stew, low-temperature-cooked spare ribs with five-spice powder and black vinegar sauce, and herb chicken marinated in shio koji and grilled. Cold dishes include chilled ajillo-style chicken liver and mushroom, curry-flavored corn and edamame quiche, and lomi lomi-style salmon and red onion salad. Hot dishes include salt-lemon yakisoba with Mochi pork and goya bitter melon, as well as a plant-based gratin with zucchini and soy meat. On weekends and public holidays, children’s menu items such as corn dogs and make-your-own hamburgers will also be available. Live music can be enjoyed from August 8 through 16.
The venue is Café Tosca, the all-day dining restaurant on the second floor. Service is available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.; on Saturdays, there are two seatings, starting at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Prices start from 7,490 yen for adults, while elementary school children are 3,600 yen and preschool children aged 4 and over are 1,800 yen. Tax and service charge are included.
