Polaris Holdings opened KOKO HOTEL Residence Tokyo Oshiage on July 16.
The property offers a total of 25 guest rooms, including Superior Rooms and Deluxe Rooms. Designed for extended stays, the rooms accommodate up to seven guests and are equipped with living and dining areas, kitchens, washing machines, and separate bathroom facilities. The hotel also features a rooftop terrace overlooking Tokyo Skytree, where guests can enjoy the night view and see the tower up close.
Access: a 5-minute walk from Oshiage Station; approximately 10 minutes by car from the Mukojima Interchange (IC) on the Shuto Expressway Route 6; and approximately 10 minutes by car from the Kinshicho Exit on the Shuto Expressway Route 7 Komatsugawa Line.
