Philippine Airlines to Add Up to 20 Boeing 787-10s

Philippine Airlines will introduce up to 20 Boeing 787 aircraft. The announcement was made at the Farnborough Airshow, currently being held near London, United Kingdom.

Boeing will grant the airline purchase rights for an additional five Boeing 787-10s, conditional on the finalization of a firm order for 15 aircraft.

This will be Philippine Airlines’ largest widebody aircraft order to date. The new aircraft will complement its existing fleet of 10 Boeing 777s and enhance operational flexibility across its medium- and long-haul route network.
