China Airlines will operate charter flights on the Takamatsu–Kaohsiung route.
From September 17 through March 27, 2027, the airline will operate three round trips per week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The flights departing Takamatsu on September 17 and 19 will operate as ferry flights. Airbus A321neo aircraft will be used. Flight time will be 3 hours and 5 minutes from Takamatsu, and 3 hours and 55 minutes from Kaohsiung.
In addition, China Airlines operates one daily round trip on the Takamatsu–Taipei/Taoyuan route. It will be the only airline connecting Takamatsu and Kaohsiung.
