Iberia will change the operating schedule for its Tokyo/Narita–Madrid route from the winter schedule.
Currently, flights depart Tokyo/Narita during the day and arrive in Madrid in the evening, while flights depart Madrid during the day and arrive at Tokyo/Narita the following morning. Under the new schedule, flights will depart Tokyo/Narita in the evening and arrive in Madrid the following morning, while flights will depart Madrid in the evening and arrive at Tokyo/Narita the following evening.
The airline will operate four weekly round trips, departing Tokyo/Narita on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and departing Madrid on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. From November 17, Wednesday departures from Tokyo/Narita and Tuesday departures from Madrid will be discontinued, reducing service to three weekly round trips. Airbus A350-900 aircraft will be used. Flight time from Tokyo/Narita is 15 hours and 35 minutes,
