Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will offer special ticket handling in response to the Kumamoto Earthquake that occurred on July 28.
As of 2:30 p.m. on July 29, the special arrangements apply to flights arriving at or departing from Kumamoto from July 29 to 31, and Amakusa from July 30 to 31.
For tickets on eligible flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations.
