H.I.S. (HIS) has extended the period during which it will suspend tours to five countries in the Middle East.
Tours to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan will be suspended through September 20.
Operations for overseas package tours (Ciao and impresso) and overseas flight-and-hotel packages (recruitment-type planned tours) involving travel via Dubai, Doha, or Abu Dhabi resumed for departures from August 7.
For customers who booked international flights, international flight-and-hotel packages (arranged travel), or overseas hotels, standard policies of the airlines, hotels, and local tour operators will apply. If special measures are implemented due to a deterioration in the situation, the special policies of the respective companies will apply.
Cancellations made before the decision to suspend operations, as well as cancellations of travel to other regions, will be subject to the standard cancellation fees.
