The 14-story building offers a total of 342 guest rooms, including 147 Standard Rooms, 39 Cozy Rooms furnished with sofas, and 4 Deluxe Twin Rooms. All rooms are non-smoking. Guest rooms are equipped with 50-inch or larger TVs, universal power outlets, USB charging ports, and more. A system allowing massage appointments to be booked online via QR code has also been introduced.
The hotel features the Sakaba Hakozaki Ueno Hirokoji restaurant, an amenity bar, vending machines, and complimentary water dispensers on every floor. The 14th floor is equipped with the complimentary-for-guests Genyo no Yu public bath and open-air bath, an observation terrace overlooking Shinobazu Pond, microwave ovens, and an ice machine.
