Batik Air Malaysia will operate charter flights on the Osaka/Kansai–Penang route.
Flights will depart Osaka/Kansai on December 30 and Penang on January 3, 2027. Flight time will be approximately six and a half hours, compared with the usual travel time of around 11 hours.
JTB is selling tour packages, with prices starting from JPY 289,000.
