Livemax opened Livemax Resort Hachimantai Forest on July 1.
Guest rooms include Western-style modern premium suites with two bedrooms and one living room; Japanese-modern premium suites combining Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, with one Japanese-style room, one bedroom, and one living room; Western-style modern superior rooms; and Japanese-style Beautiful Superior rooms. Pet-friendly rooms for guests traveling with dogs are also available. Facilities include Hachimantai Onsen, a sauna, an open-air bath, indoor pools for adults and children, a karaoke bar, a top-floor lounge, a chapel, a game corner, and a coin-operated laundry. Breakfast and dinner feature dishes made with seasonal ingredients.
The resort is approximately 20 minutes by car from Akasakata Station and around 20 minutes by car from the Matsuo-Hachimantai Interchange (IC).
